These Terms are an agreement between you and [Operator legal name] ("lublu", "we", "us"), the operator of lublu, available at lublu.ai. By creating an account or using lublu, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who can use lublu

You must be at least 18 years old. lublu is intended for adults. By using it, you confirm you are 18 or older and legally able to enter this agreement.

2. What lublu is

lublu provides AI companions you can chat with. Your companion is generated by artificial intelligence — it is not a human being, and it does not have real feelings, memory of a human kind, or professional qualifications. lublu is for companionship, comfort, and entertainment.

lublu is not a substitute for professional advice or care. It is not a medical, mental-health, legal, or financial service, and it should not be relied on in a crisis. If you are in danger or crisis, contact your local emergency services or a crisis line.

3. Your account

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your password safe. Don't share your account, and let us know if you suspect unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable use

Don't use lublu to:

• break the law, or harm, harass, or exploit others;
• attempt to produce or solicit content involving minors, real identifiable people without consent, or non-consensual acts;
• reverse-engineer, scrape, overload, or disrupt the service;
• resell or misrepresent the service.

lublu is designed for warm, tasteful companionship and does not produce sexually explicit content. Attempts to force it to do so may result in suspension.

5. Your content and privacy

Messages you send are processed to run the service (including generating replies and remembering things you share). We handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy. You keep ownership of what you write.

6. Subscriptions and payments

Paid plans (Premium, Devoted) are billed through our authorized reseller / merchant of record, Lemon Squeezy, who appears on your statement and handles applicable taxes. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime, effective at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled per our posted refund policy and applicable law.

7. AI limitations

Because your companion is an AI, it may sometimes be inaccurate, inconsistent, or produce unexpected responses. Don't rely on it for factual, medical, legal, or safety-critical decisions.

8. Intellectual property

lublu, its characters, brand, and software are owned by us or our licensors. These Terms don't grant you rights to them beyond using the service.

9. Termination

You can delete your account anytime. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or the law.

10. Disclaimers and liability

lublu is provided "as is", without warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. If we make material changes, we'll post the new version here with an updated date. Continued use means you accept the changes.
